877-662-6988Located in a former 19th century residence boasting the typical red brick stones giving the city its nickname, this charming 2-star hotel with its 12 guest rooms with all the modern comfort provides a very quiet and homely atmosphere. The friendly owner will personally welcome you and do his best to guaranty you the best of stays in Toulouse.
Hotel Héliot is an excellent base to visit Toulouse on a limited travel budget, being by a pedestrian area of the city center full of shops and nice restaurants, but also close to metro station Jean Jaurès and the local shuttle bus stop to the airport.
Pets are not allowed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our night, the proprietor was charming and very helpful. We loved the original features in the hotel and hope the future refurbishment will not...

Nice little hotel close to the center. However, it is not the cleaniest hotel: Bathroom a bit mouldy and cigarette burns in the cover. But was not a real problem for me. Room was nicely furnished and hotel is perfectly located next to Jean Jaures. Staff was really friendly, even though no english was spoken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night, the proprietor was charming and very helpful. We loved the original features in the hotel and hope the future refurbishment will not lose them all. Although Frederic volunteered to carry our bags, a lift would be a plus!

Would like to have had tea and coffee available in the rooms - Fred is a champion!!! Heliot the Cat is amazing!! Just so you know - there is three floors and no elevator!! Not a problem for us!!!

Extremely convenient to trains/metro/amenities. Frederic is a great host. Very nice hotel. His cat, Heliot, made the stay extra special.

Clean and functional accommodation in the centre of Toulouse, within walking distance of many attractions and excellent restaurants. Very friendly and hardworking staff.

Friendly, ideeally situated, Héliot the Cat was a big hit with the children. We will be back soon. The family room suited us nicely.

I stayed there with my family. The rooms are totally renewed. The manager was very kind and helpful. The location is nice for visiting the city. Heliot the cat very kind too.

Hotel "Héliot" owner is very kind. It corresponded very kindly though I did the check-in late at night. It is convenient so that the location of the hotel may also see a peripheral sightseeing spot. It is likely to be able to stay happily.

We stayed at the Heliot for one night before our Canal du Midi barging trip. Since we only had one day in Toulouse, we didn't plan to spend much time at our hotel, we wanted a hotel that was centrally located at a reasonable price. We found the Heliot to be the perfect option. It was very well priced, and we found it too be a lot more comforatable than the hotel the rest of our party stayed at, even though we paid much less. The location is perfect for exploring Toulouse and the manager was very helpful and fluent in English. The hotel is basic and quite old, but for our purposes it was perfect and we would definitely recommend it.

Hotel Héliot features cosy guest rooms, recently refurbished, each one boating its own décor. The owner of the hotel is the friendliest man ever, but insists on the fact that rooms are absolutely non-smoking and will tolerate no exception whatsoever.All soundproofed accommodations include in-room amenities such as flat screen LCD TV with various satellite channels (also International ones) and free wireless Internet access. There is a working desk, as well. Bathrooms come with with bathtub and shower. On request, a hair-dryer can be provided.
If you travel with a baby, you can ask for a baby cot (depending on hotel availability), without incurring additional charges.

How to reach Héliot Hotel
By trainFrom Toulouse Matabiau train station, then continue on foot (for about 5 to 10 minutes). Cross the canal du midi taking the bridge Avenue Georges Pompidou. Turn right onto Allée Jean Jaurès until the square with a fountain. Hotel Héliot is located in the rue Héliot street, on the right.
By airplane
From Toulouse Blagnac International Airport (TLS), take one of the shuttle (every 20 minutes). Get off at stop Jean Jaurès and cross street Allée Jean Jaurès, and turn right onto the pedestrian area behind the fountain.
