Val'Hotel - La Valette-du-Var, Toulon

Booked a room with 2 beds (Twin), but got a double-bed ... Had to change for the last available room with 2 beds.

After 4 weeks on the road it was a great break from city noises and heat. It was a great setting and quiet place,we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the rest,Raymond Boulanger ,Toronto,Canada

Excellent hotel very quiet and clean for a reasonable price

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend; trotz Autobahnnähe Zimmer ruhig; sehr schöner Raseninnenhof mit Pool; Frühstück sehr gut.

All comments regarding the actual hotel are great. The swimming pool was not open when I was there which was a shame as that was one of my reasons for selecting it. We stayed there as we were doing the triathlon in Toulon.

Far from city center, almost impossible to find the hotel. Absolutely unfrendly behaviour in the restaurant, very short list of food, waiter did not want to say a word in english. I tried my best to talk in French, but generic feeling from waiter was I am a worm and should leave. So I did. The hotel opposite had warm greetings and I could have a nice dinner. I was happy to be able to leave next day and forget this very low quality hotel. No airco, bad facilities, bed is terrible, surrounding is miserable.

Hotel was nice. not in a bad neighborhood, but not in a good neighborhood either. has an elevator, but is not accessable for wheelchairs.

Very good price-quality ratio, the room was very spacious for 4 people (two beds upstairs, a double bed downstairs). A lovely dinner, very friendly restaurant staff. The breakfast was excellent when compared to usual French coffee-croissant only breakfasts. The location (industrial area) is not the best possible, but didn't bother us at all.

For one night it's ok. the stairs going upstairs quite destroyed...

Not a place to go out walking-too near main roads. Hotel is situated in a commercial area.

What can i say everything was first class 100% to all the staff you will see us again

Relationship between price and quality is excellent. Confort is much better in comparation with other 3 stars hotels.

You can stay there no more than one night, breakfast was not good enough, bathroom was ugly

Excellent hotel in a mediocre area. Only stayed one night and only slight complaint, the air-conditioner didn't work very well and it was a very warm night. Apart from that excellent.

Good choice if you don't care about a poor location, near the highway, in a desolate industrial/shopping area. Nearby Formule1 is a lot worse (and only a bit cheaper!)
