This hotel is not recommended for travellers with car. Public underground parcking is quite far from the hotel and very expensive. Rooms are very small, just enough for to sleep in the night.

Top marks to those that find this hotel first time round. Once you get there it offers good value in a central location. The clientele were young travelers for the most part but we did not feel out of place and the noise levels were not a problem. The four day break in Torremolinos was leisure with some business to be done. Because of the very central location the hotel has the advantage of being within 5 mins. walk of excellent restaurants but had the disadvantage of being hidden in a small plaza off San Miguel the main pedestrian street which is at right angles to the main auto route through Torremolinos. Again good luck to those that find it it will meet all basic holiday expectations.

Very very convenient to center of Torremolinos. Parking was a bonus, the map given by reception to the car park was not very clear and it is easy to be confused as there an underground car park closer and this could be the more expensive. The operation for the carpark is to take the ticket to the hotel where it is stamped on departure this ticket is handed to the car park attendent who applies the discount and makes the charge of 7 euros. We found an excellent lively bar called Tinas and a really good restaurant called Lanjaron (not the Lanjaron 2) fairly close to the Hotel.

I can recommend the hotel ONLY if you don't have a car...otherwise it's a real nightmare to find a place to park near the hotel (you can arrive at the hotel ONLY by feet...!).The location is perfect, so close to the shops and only ten minutes far by walk from the sea.

Very nice person informed us by check in. It stand in the middle of commercial aria, but not so noisy, when we sleeped. we had worth experience in Spain, and if i compair with it, I can say it was quiet as a city. Only one problem was finding the hotel, when we arrived to bus station. Nobody knows this adress. First you should find "Plaza de Andalucia". "Plaza de Gamba" is next to the "Plaza de Andalucia".

I'm a frequent visitor to Torremolinos, and I must have stayed in just about every area of the town, in every type of accommodation over the past 12 years. I booked the NCh hotel because I was on a limited budget, and I got the room for 28 euro per day...a bargain. The hotel is very basic, and for the price I paid I wasn't expecting much. However the hotel is spotless, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed etc. The door of the hotel is kept locked, and you have to buzz in each time. Not annoying, it made me and my friend feel a lot more secure leaving our rooms. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, putting up with my bad Spanish with good humour! There are very few facilities in the hotel though. A breakfast room on the top floor [which I never used so I cannot comment]; an internet terminal [cheap] and that's it. They sell overpriced cans of coke/beer/water at reception [2euro each] so buy before you get back to the hotel. The location is a bit difficult to find, the hotel is in a tiny square [Gamba Alegre] which is off to one corner of a huge plaza [Andalucia]. Taxis can't drive in so you have to find it yourself after being dropped off. Just ask one of the locals and they'll point you in the right direction. The hotel is in the town of Torremolinos proper, so it's not close to the beach. A 15 minute walk, or there is a lift close by which for 50 cents will leave you half way there. The area is not very wheelchair friendly in general. Overall, for the price, I am more than happy with my stay there, and I'll certainly book it again, though maybe not for 2 weeks. A fridge in the room would be brilliant, and if the tv was digital and not terrestrial [no English channels]. Our single rooms were next door to each other, but mine was far bigger! so if you are booking ask for a room ending in 12 [112, 212 etc] and you'll get the bigger room. Another bonus was the double bed in each room..a rarity in Spain at the best of times. Overall 8/10.

Although the rooms were clean and had the basics, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors said and what went on in the hall. Also it was very hard to find because it is in a square in a square. Directions on the website would have been helpful. And they said on the website that parking would be 6 Euros, but when we left the garage that they recommended after 12 hours it cost us 16.75 euros. We would not have stayed there if we had known the price of parking and the loudness of the rooms. The low price of the room was not worth it.

More than enough quality for a very reasonable price. We had a double and a triple room for a one night stay at this hotel in september 2007. We had to leave early (6:45 am) to return our hired car (car wash on the way to the airport) and catch our plane. We checked in at 1:00 pm and where informed about cheap public parkings in the neigbourhood. The hotel is in the centre of T. but it can easily be reached by car (and the romeria was goin' on at that very moment). You have to walk 50 m from the central street to a nice and little square. Room was nice. Bed and airco ok. People very friendly and speaking english.

Unforgettable bad experience! they called us and woke up us at 4 o clock in the morning to ask us if we had paid the room!! The window coudnt close firmly ,so anyone could walk in from the balcony. When we said to the reception to fix it they didnt do anything...The hotel is next to a shop that sells sandwiches, so every night people were coming just below the balcony and they were pissing....The beds are small, definitely not for a tall man over 1.80 or for somebody with some more kilos! The staff was very impolite..It is far from the beach.WE would never come here again...there are also other hotels to choose near the centre!!!

I booked a double room for a single person and when I arrived the Person on recception sent me to a single room with water leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom. I then returned to reception and explained that I had booked a double room which he then found for me and it was fine! Over all the Hotel was ok apart from the first room but I would not stay there again because of the service!!

This is one of the best low rate hotells that I been staying at. A hotel that just have everything without the extra luxury. It looks newly renovated. Its very clean, good space. Average bed and space. Aircond. Its everything you need to get an easy stay. And the price IS right. I rekommend it. Its also close to everyting in the middle of central Torremolinos.

Your staff is very accommodating. Your location in Torremolinos is excellent. We felt like a prince and princess because of the way you were able to set up Shabbat meals for us. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you! We do however have one criticism. There was no safe in the room and we were charged for placing things in the hotel safe. This is very unusual by American standards.
