Hotel Royal Costa - Torremolinos

No information on hotelservices in rooms and non provided or available when requested not even on fire regulations or escape routes Wifi hot spot in lobby provided free of charge but area got very very hot when sun was shining through the windows The evening entertainment was absolutely terrible unless you were under 5years old, was unavoidable and lasted till nearly midnight Lifts were minute and very claustrophobic. Bartender excellent and extremely hard working but was unable to make me a proper Margarita as no fresh limes available

Really lovely hotel, excellent value. Only 5 minutes from train station connected to Malaga down to Benelmadena. Cold food, salads, bread, fruit were absolutely excellent. The hot food could have been improved on.

Hotel Royal Costa came as a lovely surprise for us. Based on the low price we had low expectations, but were really thrilled when we arrived to find a really top quality and well run hotel. Superb rooms with superb views! The Hotel staff really go a long way to make your stay pleasant, including great food both in the lovely outside bar/café area, and in the hotel dining room. They laid on free entertainment for guests on Fridays and Saturdays. So we really felt like we were getting our money’s worth and if we’d wanted to, would have been perfectly content to stay either at the hotel or very nearby beaches without needing to spend anything else. Most of the other guests were Spanish, or maybe other European, and we enjoyed this as we were able to appreciate the fact that we were in Spain with Spanish people, cuisine and culture. If you plan on going out in the city very late at night, then you’ll need cab fare of around 8 euros to get home. The rest of the time there’s a cheap rail stop right behind the hotel. Although its near a rail line and major airport, there was no noise whatsoever! Everything is modern, clean, well maintained, and most of the rooms in the hotel have private balcony with sea view! I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and will definitely consider staying there again.

We were at the Royal Costa for 3 nights in March. The hotel is very clean and modern styled; not outdatet as the majority of Spanish hotels. The personel is friendly ; maybe because it was very early in the season ? The hotel is located about 4 km from the centre of Torremolinos ; but the train stops right behind the hotel and it's only 2 stops away! I found that rather luxuorious to be accomodatet in a relaxing quiet area. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday ; not really for the nightlife seekers ;-) Overall : Superb !

We only wanted an overnight stay near Malaga airport and this hotel fits the bill well. It is only 2 stops on the train and easy to get to walking from the train station. Next stop is pLAZA mayor for shopping, cinemas and restaurants, so overall it was ideal.
