Breakfast is served between 7.45 a.m. and 8.45 a.m. in property's 24-seater dining room, overlooking the garden. Enjoy a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee and tea, plus freshly baked croissants and toast served with a selection of Devon marmalade, preserves and honey.

We were very pleased by the friendly and warm care of Jacqui and David in a family atmosphere. Breakfast was very rich and individually served - though we would have prefered to get breakfast until ten o'clock in the morning instead a quarter to 9 (especially our daughter). Information for trips and travels in torquay and surrounding area were given with great pleasure to us. Thanks to Jacqui and David!

We stayed at Aveland House for three nights and would recommend it to anyone it was one of the nicest B & B's we have ever been to. The family including the two sons were lovely and very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Babbacombe is a beautiful place and the stay was very memorable and a real alternative that is not far from Torquay. We would definately stay at Aveland House again.

How to reach Hotel Aveland House
By car
At the end of the M5 motorway, follow along the A380 for approximately 17 miles/27 km to Torquay. Merge onto the A3022, following signs to Torquay and Teignmouth. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left following the indications to Teignmouth-Plainmoor-T.U.F.C.-St Marychurch-Babbacombe. Proceed over the traffic lights. At the top of the hill, pass the gas station on the left, and drive along Hele Road. Downhill, turn left, then right up Westhill Road, then proceed straight on for 0.5 miles/800 meters until the traffic lights. Continue into Warbro Road. Take the second left into Aveland Road. The Aveland House is on the left side of the street.
