good location, good breakfast, great view to Assisi and Perugia BUT: - single room (as indicated in the room) was sold as double room, room was very small, did not at all correspond with the pictures - through the connecting door to the next room, you could hear every move/word from the neighbours - due to the small window, the room was quite dark, even during daytime electric light was necessary - safe did not work properly - room was very dusty, the chambermaid admitted not having enough time for cleaning the rooms - by 13:30 the room was not yet made, explanation: "we are booked out" Conclusion: never again!

the hotel was absolutely lovely - and in a beautiful setting. We were not impressed with the service - my in-laws had to wait quite a while to check in and when they did their room smelled like cigarette smoke. We did not have a great meal at the restaurant - menu was limited. When we asked reception about some other restaurants in the area -they had no suggestions. A waiter recommended a restaurant in Torgiano - call Siro - excellent restaurant. Our stay was great - we visited Spoletto and Deruta, Perugia and Assisi - all very close by. Also ate at a pizzaria just outside Torgiano - in Signoria

Very nice hotel in a wonderful location overlooking Perugia and the countryside. Perfect location to explore Perugia and Umbria with a very good relationship between price and quality. Also the restaurant in the hotel is quite good. I'll be very happy to come back again.

Wunderbare Anlage, Superior-Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig, herrliche Pool-Anlage mit Blick auf Perugia. Insgeamt sehr ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Leider hat die Küche im Gegensatz zu einem früheren Aufenthalt etwas nachgelassen, jedoch bekamen wir wunderbare Geheimtipps an der Rezeption für Lokale in der näheren Umgebung. Wir wollen im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.

sehr schöne, ruhige Lage; Service und Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut; das Superior Double ist empfehlenswert, lediglich das Bad/Wanne war etwas klein angelegt, dafür herrliche Terrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick; leider wenig Infos bei Ankunft - das Hotel bietet viel, aber man muss sich die Infos selber holen; der Pool könnte in der Hochsaison etwas klein werden. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel gerne empfehlen, es zahlt sich aus, dort einzukehren, wenn man in der Gegend ist.

Me and my wife loved this hotel. This is probably the hotel with the best value we have ever stayed at. 59 Euros a night in this beautiful hotel was definitely a bargain and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent value, perhaps because we were travelling out of season. Nevertheless, this was perhaps the best hotel choice of our trip, a quiet and scenic property overlooking the beautiful Umbrian valley. Excellent breakfast buffet (the best we found in Italy) and very good dinner - both food and service. Not that easy to find, as the site is well off the beaten path and signage is minimal.

Nice rooms, we had a splindid view over the nearby hills, rooms (superior) were big, with a nice terrace, best breakfast we ever had in italy, evening meals were variable in quality. overall a good hotel, where it is worth to come back, very near location to Assisi, Peruggia for visits.
