This was our 1st visit to Toledo which is a beatifull old city. A car is a must if one wants to see the centre of the city as hotel is outside the city limits and a taxi costs 5 Euros each way. Hotel staff excellent very helpfull indeed. Accomodation -wide spacious well equipped room and bathroom. Fantastic view of the city from the huge balcony Restaurant provides good food but breakfast at 16.00 Euro per person is overated when compared to other 5 star we have been to in Spain.

The hotel is generally very good, and the Internet rate was excellent. Although out of town, this is clearly advertised and is no different from other good hotels. The room was very good, with an excellent bathroom, nice terrace and views, etc. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, and the waitress was excellent. One receptionist was good, the other excellent. The pool, and pool bar, were also good. The biggest "oddity" is that there is no breakfast buffet - breakfast is only advertised as available in your room. (If it was available elsewhere we did not find it.) Thus we had to decide the night before, what we would wish to eat for breakfast; on arrival the hot food was only warm; and there was a lot of wastage. Overall, however, it was extremely good, and good value - I would stay there again.

Can't fault this amazing hotel. Fabulous views, from the rooms, of Toledos hill top oldtown. Great food in bar and restaurant. Fab breakfast too. They supply everything you could possibly need in your room for a relaxing hassle free stay. I just wish there was more hotels like this one around.

We loved this hotel - although slightly out of Toledo (about a 20 minute walk) it looks across to the city. It was extraordinary value for money - a beautiful room with a good restaurant.

Our initial impressions of the hotel were great. It could be seen from a far, so the fact that the GPS didn't recognise it, or the road it was on, didn't matter too much. The view of Toledo from our rooms was fantastic. Unfortunately neither room had hot water in the morning, there was no staff in the restaurant when we turned up at 20.45 (opens 20.30), and room service didn't speak english. Overall a great stay but room for improvement.

Room quality good, apart from corridor noise being very apparant during a wedding. Restaurant food was very good, but there was a very limited menu, most of which was not available on the night! We were the only clients in a huge room which didn't make the experience very relaxing. The hotel obviously caters for weddings and conferences rather than tourists.

This is a gorgeous hotel and great value for money. Its located a short cab ride or a 20-25 minute walk from the old centre of Toledo. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The setting is absolutely beautiful, up on a hill overlooking the city. The rooms are elegant and peaceful and each one has a private terrace with a direct view of Toledo. The outdoor pool is lovely - and also has a view of the city. We would recommend this hotel to everyone - and would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel, quite new with great veiw and surroundings. As it was very hot, we were dying to use the pool, but it was not open. Not sure if this was because the hotel was very new. Really big bed, nice food from room service. Good price for such a new hotel. Had room for our hire car

Virtually everything about the hotel was supurb, with only one exception. The design of the shower was a problem. The controls were under the showerhead, i.e. on the far wall when you open the door. This meant reaching in and quickly pulling back before the water hit you. Also, there was no shelf for soap, shampoo, etc. and no nearby towelrack to make it easy to get to a towel after showering. Despite this minor design problem I would strongly recommend the hotel.
