We expected a bit more from a five-star hotel really.The room was rather cramped and the window couldn't be opened properly, so it was extremely warm at night.The water from the shower leaked onto the floor and there was very little space for our clothes.On the other hand,the hotel was clean and the staff helpful.

It was a good location in Toledo but the server and telephone line was down while we were there. The staff did not alert us to this but gave us an internet access code. Only when I could not access the internet and could not call out of our room did they tell me that the server and phone was not working plus, they did not know when it was going to be fixed. It did not work while we were there.
