Very well located (right behind the Alcazar, in the old town), very near to major points of interest. Although areas such reception and restaurante seemed quite "chic", the room, on the other hand, was very disappointing: everything was "near-breaking" or "near-falling down", like glass shelf over the sink in bathroom and wall lamp by my side of the bed, wich could't be touched! Another serious issue was the silence of the rooms - or lack of it! Absolutely EVERYTHING that happened in the other rooms could be listened, specially plumbing noises. Also, there was no double bed, and to get worse, our single beds were over wheels and couldn't stop in place! So, if you want to have decent nights of sleep in Toledo, I wouldn't reccomend this property. I'm sure you can find a better place for the same price.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Near bus stop. The hotel is well preserved. Breakfast is NOT free and only serve bread, croissants, etc. The WIFI is NOT free and can only be accessed from the lobby. Room had a balcony that had a good view. It had AC.

Generally nice hotel, friendly staff in a great location (a few mins walk to center). Quiet at night, except we had a hum of electricity behind the wall by the bed which was annoying.

I had a lovely stay at this little hotel - the room was quiet, although the heater was either full on (too warm) or off (too cold) - maybe I just didn't know how to adjust it in the middle of the night. It was also pretty noisy when it was on. But the view of the old town and cathedral from my window was fine, and the bed was good. The dining room looks great, but I didn't have a chance to try it, the best was the convenient location, just steps from the main Plaza de Zocodovar, the Alcazar, and lots of shops and cafes nearby.

Good location! The room with a low selling like a attic. No hair drier. Budget hotel.

Very helpful staff. Even though I had mistakenly booked for the following day, I was immediately given a warm welcome and swiftly allocated a room. they also supervised the arrangements for my taxi at the end of my stay and remained with the driver until my bags were on board. Pleasant room though there was some noise from the adjacent streets. Good buffet breakfast in their own quality restaurant. The hotel is very near the Alcazar, at the town's highest point and handy for sightseeing and eating out.You would need a taxi from both rail and bus stations, though these are cheap and readily available.

Our particular room had an excellent view- 3rd floor on city view side. Breakfast was a disappointment and it should be included in the room price. Our hotel in Madrid was less, well located, and with excellent breakfast included.

We stayed for 2 nights in August and the hotel was half empty which was great because it was more relaxng. (It was obviously a very popular hotel - we were just in the quiet august period.) The highlight was the view over the cathedral and surrounding hills, which was perfect from our hotel room but even better from the roof, which was completely empty apart from us. the decor was clean, bright yet dated but that was quite nice as it made it less pretentious. Think germoline pink bath suite! really recomend this hotel, would stay again.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel and its location. It is right beside the Alcazar and a few steps away from the cathedral. It looked like most of the bedrooms had been recently renovated. Our room was small and cosy with a great view on the city. Although the rooms could be a little better insulated, it was not really a problem. There is a terrace on the roof of the hotel with an even better view of the city and drinks are probably served in the Summer. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of food choice. (not included in the room price). I would definitely go back.
