Excellent Hotel and excellent value for money

Eravamo mia sorella ed io ed abbiamo alloggiato in una matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio. il prezzo della camera sul vostro sito è ottimo, quello offerto direttamente dall'hotel, mi sembra, un po' altro (forse per le mie finanze). Comunque il soggiorno è stato ottimo e ci siamo rilassate e divertite. Daniela e Laura

Very nice hotel with access to the overall termal pool for free. Visit to terme itself (Saune, cosmetics etc.) costs about 35 Euro, which we did not use. Our room had a very comfortable size and view to the pool (backside of street), therefore it was very quiet. Breakfast was I guess good for Italian standard (cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, croissant, cake...). Additionally they served freshly prepared cappuchino, espresso... The village itself is not worth the trip. Nothing is going on there and it has no charme at all. There are a couple of sightseeing places in or near Tivoli itself (e.g. Villa Adriana etc.) which are worth seeing.

Really nice room and hotel. Unfortunately our room was right over a ballroom and we heard music up to 1 am. Personnel at the reception and dining room was very accomodating and was able to find a table even though they were already booked with groups. Excellent food. Internet on TV was not working and we had to pay 5 euro anyway because we tried to make it work.

Location terrible. Promised 'park' scruffy. No bar; dining room like a works canteen

Bella struttura, imponente, grandi piscine (tutte a pagamento extra), un pò di polvere sui comodini, buone camere, bagni spaziosi, frequentata per la maggior parte da anziani.

The photo shows a lovely pool by the hotel but it is a public pool which was full of people when we were there. no good restaurants within walking distance. nice hotel but not a good location its about 15 kms from tivoli.

Nell'offerta c'è scritto: "I servizi dell'hotel includono....... piscina esterna....... " bene, la piscina non appartiene all'albergo bensi all'annesso centro termale aperto al pubblico a pagamento. in pratica avevo prenotato la camera per passare un weekend all'insegna del relax, mi son trovato in una piscina con oltre 1500 persone, sempre attento a dover scansare ragazzini che non facevano altre che prendere lunghe rincorse per tuffarsi a bomba in piscina. ad un certo punto, si avvicina un bagnino con fare alquanto arrogante, chiedendo il pagamento delle sdraio che stavo occupando con mia moglie, riferendomi che le sdraio erano a pagamento ( appena Eur 4 ciascuna).chiamata la reception dell'hotel per avere spiegazioni al riguardo, trascorsi oltre 15 minuti in attesa con una bella musichetta, chiamata fatta CON IL CELLULARE, mi veniva riferito che l'offerta copriva solo l'ingresso alla piscina non le sdraio....... fare attenzione al mmento della prenotazione
