Hotel Le Rose - Bagni di Tivoli, Tivoli

The hotel had a terable smell. The room was clean but the smell... Plus, the toalete window on the next room was in our room and every time they went to the toalet, we had lights in our room.

No evening meal provided. Most pathetic breakfast ever provided.

I didn't like the place Tivoli but the hotel was ok

Very small room facing busy street. Felt distictly unconfortable. Ugly surroundings (except Tivoli Bagni). Restaurant not open on Saturday evening???? Breakfast the worst we have had in Italy (and we have travelled a lot)- half cup of coffee and a plastic-wrapped croissant.

The bad thing: We got no breakfast. We had to by our own breakfast in another restaurant. The last day we got something called breakfast; A small bread with Fanta orange!! No coffee!! Dispite of this; Very nice place and hotel.

Reception did not give us back our passports when we were leaving hotel ! Hotel owner didn't send these documents on time to our next stop in Italy (we spend 7 days in Agropoli, Residence La Terazze, and another 7 days in Bibbona (Tuscany). We had to visit Polish ambassy in Rome and make new passports for our return home !!! Our passports get to Agropli 14 days after leaving hotel La Rose, when we come back to Poland ! Say other tourists not to give any documents in reception of Hotel Le Rose (better - never stay in Le Rose).

The owners were very friendly. We drove too far with the train and they came to pick us up with their car. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and it was a good price. They gave us good information about how to travel to Villa Adriana and we had a nice staying.

The Hotel was clean, near shopping, near the travertine marble works and Hadrian's Villa. A short distance to Villa D'Este and Tivoli several km. The food inthe restaurant was very good and staff was very kind and welcoming.
