Hotel Dimora Adriana - Villa Adriana, Rome

Very recommended for a stay near Tivoly, excellent hotel !!!

Very nice hotel. Directions in Venere.com are poor. The hotel is less than a km from the A24/E80 Autostrade Exit in the village of Adriano, not in Tivoli but the directions on the web site do not tell you that or the exit number. When you exit the Autostrade toward Adriano & Tivoli, the hotel is on the right and set back about 100 yards. We spend an hour or more driving around Tivoli before we figured out the location.

Hotel not so easy to find from information on web page. Location not convenient for walking to restaurants. Breakfast poor. When we were there, lift was not working. Service not very friendly.

Hidden off a busy and noisy industrial road, this hotel was the only disappointment in our 2 week trip through Italy. The air conditioning did not work (the room was at least 10C hotter than outside) and the area is too seedy to feel safe leaving a ground floor window open. Awful breakfast included in price.

The hotel brochure indicates half board available. On asking where the bar and restaurant was situated I was informed that there was no bar or restaurant. Obviously no half board available. Breakfast was served on plastic plates and drinks in plastic cups. The location was in an untidy and dirty industrial area. Although the room was clean and room facilities adequate my view of the hotel was poor and not as decribed in the hotel brochure discription.

Very nice room for price. Front desk very polite and helpful. Hotel is not close to attractions but that is why it is cheaper. Note - our GPS (Tom-Tom) could not seem to pick up the street address for the hotel. This is the only location where we ever had a problem.

Very quiet in spite of proximity of highways. necessary to have a car.

The hotel is well located for sightseeing in the Tivoli area. It's on an industrial road, which is not too attractive and a little noisy (but not enough to be a problem at night). Breakfast could be a little better, especially if it offered real coffee. Overall, a fine value.

Could not find from directions on website. Needed a map. Internet connection is a phone line. Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Not in the best neighborhood we've stayed in but wasn't the worst either.

Our stay at Villa Adriana was great, once we found the hotel. The address couldn't be entered into our GPS because they provided no street number, and we were getting pretty frustrated in finding the place. Finally, after passing the place several times, we pulled over to the side of the road to decide what to do next, and lo and behold we looked across the road to find a sign pointing to Villa Adriana. Once we found it, we checked in and found it centrally located to all of the things we wanted to see.

We loved this little hotel. The room was spacious, modern and well appointed. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was include in the moderate tariff and was great. The manager was extremely pleasant and helpful and we could only wonder why the place wasn't booked out. If we ever return to Tivoli we would certainly stay there again.
