First time in Albania so can't compare to other hotels but right in town so could walk everywhere. Big room but very sparse although had everything I needed including a very reasonable minibar. Breakfast a bit strange, no menu just asked did I want an omelette or cold breakfast and only one drink included so if you want a second cup of coffee you pay. Food nice but just a strange way of getting breakfast.

Tirana is in a way turmoiled, too many streetwork and unfinished constructions Hotel Seven is right in the center, which is quite dusty. Funny thing: after 9pm the city goes to sleep, except the bars, where some youngsters (man and female) wait for wealthy tourists or businesspeople from abroad, to get a drink for free. This is not yet a tourist-destination (except for backpackers)

New hotel right in the center of Tirane. Difficult to believe, but without elevator, nor service to help with the luggage. Receptionist doesn't know much of anything and results somehow useless.. A bit run down due to lack of service, which seems typical in the area...
