The hotel is excellent, astonishingly so given the rest of tirana. clean, new, well-maintained, quiet, with a perfect location within the former Hoxha "block" - much better location than the Sheraton for walking around the key sights of the city. probably safe given neighboring embassies of switzerland and russia. revolving bar 15 floors up is kitchy fun, affording great views.

Internet wi-fi only in publiuc area not in the room; breakfast poor, with croissants frozen and every day there was lack of something: one day butter, the following day butter and joghurt, the other day butter, joghurt and juice...and then we left!! la rete internet è solo negli spazi pubblici; la colazione è striminzita: le brioches sono surgelate, ogni giorno manca qualcosa: il primo giorno il burro, il secondo il burro e lo joghurt, il terzo il burro, lo joghurt e il succo e poi siamo partiti....
