The staff working the hotel was great. The lady operating the breakfast served great espressos. The only problem was the owner yelled at a couple because they were looking at some icons in the breakfast area at 11. The breakfast was empty and closed down but he freaked out. The hotel is close to the main attractions of the city. Very close walking distance to everything including nightlife.

Good location: short walk to major sites, 20 minute walk to Belloku, and bus stops/tikets for neighboring countries are right next door. OK facility for budget travellers: small room w/ basics, tiny lobby w/ available computer in nook.

The Nobel in Tirana was absolutely wonderful. The staff was professional and significantly impacted our stay. The Hotel location was perfect.

The situation is excellent and the breakfast and cleaness is ok.Isn´t a luxe hotel but is a good rate between price and quality. Also, they have taxi service so if you need they transfer you to the airport at any time and, if you wish to go any place out of Tirana, they can carry you and show you the place(Kruja, Durres,etc...)

Location fantastic, just off main square. Everything else poor including very basic breakfast and basic rooms. No water in morning a major problem. No wi-fi the previous night a less serious one. Not particularly cheap when a full menu with wine is only €10 in the 5* Hotel Tirana.

Most of staff spoke English, and all of them were friendly. Excellent location for sightseeing. Surrounded by good restaurants. National Museum of History is just two minutes walk.
