The hotel staff is exceptional especially Arta who speaks excellent English. My Albanian language skills are limited. Breakfast which is included in the rate was very good. Hotel is well located but if one is driving, parking is problematic. Decor of the rooms is beautiful - hand carved wood. The rooms are small by US standards but very functional and well designed.

The location near the main activities is good. Location of the hotel at street dead end is also great, because there is no traffic noise. The breakfast is OK.
