The lady in the reception was extremely polite and helpful. The waiter at the restaurant was not so well trained but still did his best to accommodate us. The ONLY complain I have from the hotel is that they DO NOT HAVE a cot for a baby. This is very strange for a hotel of that quality. Other than that ... everything else was excellent.
