CANCELLATION POLICY
For all reservations, 30% of your stay will be charged on your card as a deposit If you cancel in time, the hotel will refund you your deposit. 20 th december until 18th April :In case of no show or cancellation less than 20 days prior to check in: 30% of the stay will be charged (the deposit is kept) 19th April until the 20th December: a client can cancel without penalties up to 6 days prior to check in. In case of no show or late cancellation, 30% of the stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
