Unlucky we've been, the booked room had out of order toilet and even if the hotel manager tried his best to give us another room, we ended in one with an AC problem (badly working, very noisy), with electricity problem and a bathroom so small it was ridiculous... The pictures are far from what we experienced in reality (I wonder if it was the same hotel that we booked)

The hotel is in a very central location, right in the shopping district. To our luck, due to christmas, all shops were closed.

We liked to stay in this hotel in the city center, the breakfast was served in a very nicely furnitured room with windows overlooking a busy street and the service was good and friendly. Only the room we got was very dark and the view was a big and close building with many windows looking to ours. The matrasses were uncomfortable and the pillows smelled of cigarettes though it was a so-called non-smoking room.

With high-ceilings and contemporary décor, the 53 guest rooms offer really high-quality modern accommodation with COCO-MAT beds, some of the most comfortable beds in the world, which have a mattress made up of coco fibres, natural rubber, seaweed, feathers, wood, horsehair and cotton. Each bed also comes with dreamy 300-thread-count linens, as well as pillows and duvets made with natural rubber, goose-down, and feather-bed.After a refreshing good night's sleep, you will awake to great views over the hotel's courtyard or Thessaloniki's main streets, Tsimiski and Venizelou. High-speed Internet access is also included.
