we stayed at a top floor room and it was terribly noisy because of elevator's engine. We asked for another room but they did not take us serious.So the guest demands are not very important for the hotel staff. The rest was good especially breakfast was great and hotel is located in the heart of the city.You can walk everywhere easily.

hotel is in a great spot in a great city. only problem was that we were given a smoking room. wasnt a huge issue for us as we were only staying 1 night before visiting relatives.
