Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para dos personas, la tv. no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado o bomba de calor no funcionaba y hacia mucho ruido, la habitacion no estaba insonorizada ni protegida contra el frio, me toco la habitacion 309. El almuerzo era muy pobre en relacion al precio que se le supone de incremento por habitacion en 15 euros

I made a reservation with the Civera hotel for the 11th of September. I emailed on the 8th of September to say that I would not be able to make it, to the email address that was quoted on my confirmation email - civera@italyhotel.com. i received a reply which said to get in contact with the hotel!?!? why was my request not forwarded to the hotel, and why is contact information provided that is not actually for the hotel, if this is the case!? As I gave plenty of notice to cancel this reservation I would like the room fee refunded to me. My reservation request code was IHR 696779, my email address is diane.vanthoff@snn.ie.sykes.com and my contact telephone number is +44 7986 657798. thank you.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
