I did read reviews for this hotel and didn't listen! I'm so fool! This place sucks as hell. I reserved there triple room for one week. Two days before our arriving I was calling the hotel and they said that everytnig is Ok but when we arrived they were just kipping us waiting for an hour at the reception not saying what is going on. Then the only thing they could propose to us, it was a double room with additional bed that we should place in the room by ourselfs taking it from another room! The room was so little that even two poeple couldn't live there but the receptionist said that he can place even five people in this room. It was also dirty and stinky. They knew that we will come and they didn't prepare antything. For an hour they didn't want to tell us what's going on (the owner was talking on the phone and acting like we were transparent) and then they didn't even prepare this double room with additional bed but they told us to do this on our own! They did nothing!

Arriving there with toal 13 persons we had to pay cash before taking the rooms - not with mastercard as described. Rooms and bathrooms very dirty. Welcome unfriendly - breakfast impossible, waiting for one hour. Three more of us,who had registered, arriving in the night, did not find any room, so that they had to look after another place.

The hotel was TOTALLY FAKE!!!!!!!! The coffee shop is a hut on the fire escape with a FILTHY SINK AND AREA very cold and wet. Breakfast is in a half built cafe (which dosen't exist) they cleared away the tables after 2 days!!!! They cant give you tea in the morning and the bereakfast consisted of bread and an omlette with a pile of tomatoes, no choice at all. The roof leaked onto my bed during the night and i got soaked. Changed my room 3 times on first day. THEY DO NOT HAVE MINI BARS AS STATED all they have is a potable fridge! The extra i paid for a jacussi is not a juccusi but a jaccusi bath! very small and 2 people cant get into them, they did not make the beds or clean rooms for 2 days No electricity for 1 day! most of the electric plugs in the rooms did not work!!!! many light bulbs were not working, In all i moved rooms 5 times in 2 days! and even then it was not good! The rooms were very cold and one the heater did not work, no blankets either I had to sleep with my clothes on! The views were terriable from the rooms, paper and pait peeling off walls, could not get any english speaking programmes on tv. The sink and bath both leaked in 2 rooms. AND TO TOP IT ALL..............on the final night i was talking to another guest, and they all pay different prices but this guest and 2 others ITS A SOCIAL SECURITY HOTEL for people who are down on their luck and paid for by a government fund!!!!! ABSOLUTLEY TERRIABLE I do have pics of the inside of the rooms but at the moment my camera batteries are dead. However one of the staff was very appologitic about it all, and the others were very helpfull, but I also hurt my back and foot getting to Israle but they could not supply me with any ice.

it is hard to give a good review as the hotel was under major referbishment. there is no dinning area at te moment, but his is offset by he number of very good resturants nearby. Breakfast is also a five min walk away. The staff were helpfull with the locations of eating places and dealing with any problems i had. the location of the hotel is very central and on a major road juntion but the noise levels are acceptable and did not disturb me. would i recomend this hotel to others, yes if you do not plan to do anything but sleep there. it has no lift to the upper floors so would be very diffecult for anyone with mobity problems. It wil be interesting to see what reviews ar given when the builders finish.

Excellent position in down-town! We had to wait 10 minutes every time until warm water. No Credit Card service.
