The breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Staff was very friendly. However the location wasn't very convenient - one need to climb uphill for about 10 minutes or take taxi/mini-bus/bus. Total walk from metro Rustaveli was about 25 minutes. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in my room and I am a non-smoker and can't stand it.
