Front desk staff is excellent, friendly, and knowledgable; bar and pool staff distracted and a bit under trained, but friendly. Our room was lovely, but right above the (loud) restauant and the outdoor patio where smokers congregated. The a/c in our room didn't work the night we were there, so we had to keep the window open as it had been a warm day. Thus, noise and smoke filtered in. Staff were concerned and compensated us slightly. We would stay again, just in a different room. Dining room and food is outstanding!

We were not told about a 40% discount on room rate for older guests until after we checked out. No mention of this was made on the web site or on check-in.
