My wife and I received a discounted rate through Venere. Considering the substantially below retail price we paid, perhaps because it was shoulder season, we thought the hotel was excellent. We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The room was comfortable and had a view of the city from the small balcony. The buffet breakfast, which was included, offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful.
