As always the stay has been wonderful, not only thanks to the beauty of surroundings but also thanks to the owners of the hotel, sooooo nice. Well advised to everyone who'd like to visit the heart of Tuscany.

Excelente la amabilidad de los empleados, ideal situacion para visitar la Toscana en coche, una pequeña pega esta en zona industrial y alrededores hotel e instalaciones exteriores estan un poco dejadas y olvidadas. Por lo demas perfecto, volveriamos a repetir.

L'hotel est situé dans une zone industrielle, mais est très calme la nuit. les chambres sont anciennes mais le confort suffisant pour un séjour court. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables. Bonne situation pour visiter Florence et Sienne

Propriétaires très sympas. Les alentours de l'hotel ne sont pas très avenants (zone industrielle en bordure de nationale) mais sa position est très interessante pour visiter la toscane.

Not only the rooms are very clean and comfortable, but people is so kind and nice that makes you feel like home.

When we arrived at this hotel,we were disappointed with the surroundings,in an industrial estate. However, the welcome from Andrew, the proprieor,soon put an end to any misgivings we might have had. When we met Alba, his charming and able wife, she suggested that we might prefer to stay at their other property, Torre di Ponzano. This is an old(1,000years old!)converted farmhouse, complete with tower, dungeon et al! The property is outstanding, and the countryside absolutely beautiful. The alterations have been carried out with considerable taste, and while plumbing, lighting etc, all work perfcetly, the rustic appearnace of the house has been perfectly complemented by the style of furnishing. the quality of linen, bed and bathroom, leaves nothing to be desired. Altogether a marvellous place with a welcome second to none. I have never stayed in such marvellous self catering premises in either Europe or USA. I hope to return there next year, but in any event wil be recommending it to all my friends. The only thing missing is a swimmimg pool, but that is being remedied in time for next season.

The hotel is located in a quiet place (no traffic around during the night), welcoming is friendly . The rooms are quite large and very clean. As we were there during a hot summer night, we've appreciated the fan provided in the room. Quite a pleasant stay overall.

Overall the hotel offers convenience and good value for money. It is sited conveniently for local touring, being close to and well-signposted from the Superstrada. Staff (the owners)were welcoming and helpful and spoke English fluently. Bedroom accommodation was extremely spacious and, although the weather was hot at the time of our visit and no air conditioning available, fans were provided in each bedroom. However, the hotel was sited in industrial surroundings and the gardens, public rooms and bedrooms were in some need of landscaping, re-decoration and modernisation.

Located in an industrial area but you hardly notice ... the one negative is that there does not seem to be any insulation in the interior walls, therefore you hear everytime someone flushes the toilet, walks around there room or turns on there television you hear it. Overall a nice hotel and an excellent value.
