Hotel was nicer to stay in than initial impression as you approach it. It is in a dreadfully run down area. Breakfast is basic even by continental standards. Apparently there is a good roof top restaurant which we didn't find out about until too late. Views are supposedly excellent - rest of hotel has absolutely no view at all (except walls)

This hotel would be very nice but it has three big faults. Location, location, location. It is actually located in an alley that is only 2.5 meters wide. Very poor access, poor atmosphere, NO view, and the parking, while secure, is not convenient. The general hotel neighborhood is very dilapidated and crumbling; not a pleasant place to visit.

Good hotel although there was one woman at the reception who refused to talk to us / help us / etc and remained unfriendly after we mentioned that the whirlpool wasn't working and asked her why the bread at breakfast was old. For a four-star hotel I don't think that this is a way to treat customers. Besides this woman, the rest of the staff was very friendly. However, more english-speaking staff would be welcome. Furthermore the breakfast was quite limited (for example, cornflakes without milk, no cheese or eggs, etc). Besides this one big bravo!!!
