Stayed in Tanah Rata for 1day. The rooms in Century Pines Resort were marvelous and spacious. The staff on the other hand, well some were extremely rude and do not know how to smile to the guest while some would go to the extra mile just for us. What happened was, the rude reception staff gave us a room where the balcony is facing the hotel's garbage dump and we were able to smell the smell of the garbage and plus the phone in the initial room are not working. We had to complain a couple of times then only the friendly staff helped us which is a relieved for us. He not only let us choose which room we liked, he also went to the extra mile just to ensure that our stay is delightful.

There suppose to be balkony in the room! Yeah, it was 10 centimetres wide deep. Is this balkony? The bathroom was really dirty, I guess they didnt clean it very well since 1 year? Breakfast was really poor, lot of asian food even the asian doesnt eat them's food! So we had chips for breakfast with chili and some bread. Hotel from outside was discusting dirty, they dont take care of it at all, some small pool for fish or something... I guess the fish would die in it in a minute.
