Excellent situation. In front of the harbour and 5 min walking from the old city. During WE ther is free parking place and parking in the hotel too. The rooms are ok & the breakfast too, but the best is the spa whe it is cold outside. It is a very good one

One day our rooms were not cleaned - and we desperately needed new towels as we had chosen not to get them cleaned the previous day (trying to be environmentally friendly). Once we called reception however, they sent someone up. Main issue was check-in. We were tired, and just wanted to check-in and relax in our room, and we must have stood at check-in for over 20 minutes. This is despite there being no queue. The 2 check-in staff initially ignored us, then when they finally started processing the check-in, they were constantly being distracted by telephone calls, and other in-person requests. Very annoying, and not what we needed. Not the best welcome.
