I ordered breakfast to be delivered into my room. I was waiting my breakfast 2h before I called to given phone number of kitchen. They called back twice and promised that breakfast is coming asap....I never got that breakfast and they never send that breaksfast...! Really bad service and it's unacceptable from hotel/Kitchen personnel to misguide hotelguests...I'll not use Spa&Conference any more hotel anymore.

Had a very nice stay in Hotel: confortable with all facilities of very good quality and level; employees very welcome and efficient. Outstanding Spa, pool and sauna ficilities; they provide a great and relaxing experience for guest all over the day. Absolutely positive the relationship between price spent and quality of services. Only bad point room spaciousness that wa a little bit small. However to stress that the option choiced for reservation was the standard one, sure there are available more luxurious options!!!!

Excellent situation. In front of the harbour and 5 min walking from the old city. During WE ther is free parking place and parking in the hotel too. The rooms are ok & the breakfast too, but the best is the spa whe it is cold outside. It is a very good one

One day our rooms were not cleaned - and we desperately needed new towels as we had chosen not to get them cleaned the previous day (trying to be environmentally friendly). Once we called reception however, they sent someone up. Main issue was check-in. We were tired, and just wanted to check-in and relax in our room, and we must have stood at check-in for over 20 minutes. This is despite there being no queue. The 2 check-in staff initially ignored us, then when they finally started processing the check-in, they were constantly being distracted by telephone calls, and other in-person requests. Very annoying, and not what we needed. Not the best welcome.
