Overall excellent location and great breakfast buffet. A foul smell always greeted me when I entered the WC. It seems they don't understand concept of plumbing trap - the odor came from shower drain. Very convenient to old town, other sites and transportation. I would defintely recommend asking for a non street side room as the noise was quite loud even with ear plugs on! Perhas it was just the Sat night revelers but also had an auto parked on sidewalk with engine running for nearly an hour! Staff said they could do nothing about it. Other nights though were fine.

Ottima struttura, eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, situata a cinque minuti dal centro storico di Tallin. La camera fornitaci aveva la giusta dimensione, il bagno anche, i letti comodi. Davvero eccelsa la prima colazione, abbondante, varia e qualitativamente pregevole. Altamente consigliato.

St Barbara is a beautiful hotel situated in a wonderful old house. Location is excellent if you want to visit Tallinn´s Old Town and it is not far from shopping centres either.

How to reach Hotel St.Barbara
By car
From the airport: turn right onto Tartu road and then left onto Liivalaia street. Continue going straight and then take a right in Pärnu road. Turn left into Roosikrantsi street and you will find the St. Barbara Hotel on your left.
By train
From train station take the tram line number 2 going towards the city centre and exit at the 5th stop. The St. Barbara Hotel is just 200 metres ahead.
