The service at the front desk was excellent. The employees did their best to satisfy our requests and solve our problems. The location of the hotel is good too (near Old Town and city center). The hotel itself is very basic, the room furniture is of poor quality and some details have not been thought out (even though apparently the hotel was opened quite recently so there is not the excuse of old Soviet-era standards). The pool in the health club is a big tub of murky green water. I could not bring myself to swim laps in it. The weight room looked impressive, though I did not use it.

The hotel is convenient to the ferry docks and right at the edge of the old city. The rooms are bright and cheery. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location in the Old Town. Close (within walking distance) to many interesting places. Health center within hotel premises. No elevator but only two floors. Ceiling windows in the 2nd floor rooms provide good natural light but cannot be shadowed during night. Be prepared for an early wake-up if you need darkness to sleep.

Did not realise that the hotel was actually in a gym. I thought it was a bit strange at first (the hotel reception is also the reception for the gym, not a "typical" hotel atmosphere) but the staff were very welcoming and also very knowledgeable about the local area. the hotel was very secure, spotlessly clean and had very modern facilities. The rooms were well soundproofed, spacious and had good wifi signal. Location is excellent right next to the old town and easy walking distance from the port. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Braavo is located in the Old Town area of Tallinn. The rooms are quiet. The prices are good. The staff is informal. They go out of their way to make things right. The Internet service was out in one of our rooms and they gave us another room immediately. We've visited Tallinn many times and Hotel Braavo is the best place to stay we've found.

hotel piccino ma carino.a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro,vicinissimo al porto e all'eliporto.colazione semplice ma inclusa nel prezzo.unica pecca:non ho trovato traccia di riscaldamento all'interno della camera:fortuna che era estate!
