An enjoyable stay in a well-situated hotel for theold city

Flower stalls opposite the main end of the road (Aia) and a sports centre/hotel (semicircular) at the other end just beyond the hotel whose sign is flat to the wall so can be easily missed - although at my suggestion this may be corrected. The hotel is opposite a supermarket and Italian restaurant. There is only one car parking space near inside the yard where the hotel entrance is but there is quite a lot of reasonably safe parking nearby. The basement club that also entrances from the yard presented no noise or other problems during my 4 day visit. The hotel had really only just opened so the restaurant was not available other than for the very good breakfast. When the restaurant opens it will have features, such as the magnificent white grand piano and the prospective wine list of 200 varieties, that will really promise pleasant lunchtime and evening dining. For families with children I saw no particular facilities to keep 'the precious ones' amused but this may perhaps develop in time if there is sufficient demand.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
