Breakfast deserves some improvement - 2 2-slice toasters for so many breakfast guests is just not enough

The reception staff were so friendly. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the station and parkland. Hotel breakfast is superb.

Great holel in a good location near Old Town. Superior rooms with views of the Old Town walls and Tompea are well worth the stay.

The owner of the hotel was very kind and generous. He picked me up from the train station. He waited for me, even though my train was delayed for over 1.5h. He also offered to take me to the train station on the day I departed at 6:30 am, even though I asked him to book a taxi for me. I will definitely come back again. The place is difficult to find if you are not familiar with Sarajevo. Even google map and the latest road navagator are not updated to where the hotel is because the hotel is built on a new road.

excellent,clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. 5 mins flat walk to old town.approx 10 mins drive to airport-approx 8 euros.Self service breakfast adequate.Superior rooms overlook the old town and we had hairdryer included.cafe providing snacks open till 10pm.Basic hotel which is excellent value for money and in a perfect setting for exploring the old town-definately worth considering this hotel.

Something wrong with air ventillation, we felt smell of cigarrette smoke in our room.

We had booked a family room on Venere.com. The photos showed a room with a bedroom, bathroom and separate sitting room. When we arrived at the hotel they said that "family room" actually means superior double (which is a double + a little bit more space, but nothing like on the website). We complained just a little, and they then "upgraded" us to a family room (which is what we booked in the first place anyway). So I don't know what happened there. Other than that, the hotel was great and the location is fantastic. Right on the station, but not loud at night. Across from the old city of Tallinn. Literally a 3 minute walk into the old town.

First time at Shnelli; had a little problem getting the reserved type of room (room for 3 persons)for the price (55euros) indicated on my reservation confirmation...but everything was settled to my satisfaction. Excellent location in Tallinn; breakfest well organized. Thanks

Hotelrestaurant was not open as they mentioned in the hotelbook (until 10 pm).It was closed earlier.

The hotel was in front of the old town. Our view was exactly that. Very nice room, clean, lot of space, not noisy at night. I really recommend it. Will stay again if back in Tallinn.

5 minute walking to Old town. Really good breakfast. Good room.

A word of advice to travellers - this hotel lets customers bring in their dogs! Being woken up at 7 am by 2 dogs barking in the room next door for 2 hours non stop was a bit annoying.

agreable place to stay. easy to walk or to take the tram to places of interest. friendly and helpfull staff. restaurant and breakfast less attractive. would come again.

The hotel is actually visible as soon as you step off the train onto the platform! Staff are extremely welcoming, smiley, and speak excellent English. The facilities are great - the breakfast buffet was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only way it could have been improved was if I'd been able to stay longer...I didn't have a chance to try the day spa or any of the other tasty sounding things from the restaurant (and no, I'm not being paid for this review!)
