I prepaid for executive suite. Was put in room on top floor but not "executive" as photograph displayed. Jetted tub did not work. cleanliness and help from staff was always good. Airport shuttle wrongly booked hour passed needed, but made correct by staff when noted. Location great for people who want Taipei, but not New Taipei prices. Walk and eat, wake up early. enjoy a city that is not yours. Bed's are great and clean. Sun awakes you in the morning if on east side. Internet available at all hours a plus. Staff is sweet and nice. I wish the room was executive as paid for- it was honeymoon. I wish the Tub worked as wanted. It was a honeymoon. food, location, and nice overall experience saved the day. I would recommend again. People in Taipei rockstars in their own right. shea shea Thanks Beauty Hotel.
