It's a good hotel, cheap, well situated in Sydney (not far from the Harbour Bridge, ferries or train stations) and in a quiet street. The inconvenient is shared bathrooms but it seems a habit in Australia...
Room Details
The Standard Rooms at the Glenferrie Lodge Sydney are comfortable and stylish accommodations situated on the upper levels of the lodge. These rooms include a television and a fridge and have shared bathroom facilities.The Deluxe Rooms feature a balcony where you can enjoy a pleasant harbour breeze and facilities include a DVD player, television, fridge, hairdryer, and iron. The Deluxe Rooms also have shared bathroom facilities.
The Family Room is a large comfortable room with a king or queen bed, single bed and a roll-away bed. Most family rooms have a balcony and pleasant easterly views to Sydney Harbour and all the features of the deluxe rooms. The family rooms have shared bathroom facilities.

By trainCatch a train from Sydney's central station via the Northern Suburbs Train Line to Milson's Point Train Station. The Glenferrie Lodge is approximately a 6 minute walk from the station.
By public transportation
Any easy way to get to the hotel is by Sydney ferry. Take the Neutral Bay Ferry Service from Wharf No 4 at Circular Quay to Kirribilli Wharf (the ferry terminal is in front of Circular Quay Train Station, which is nearby to the Sydney Opera House and The Rocks). Once the ferry arrives at Kirrilli Wharf then it's a one minute walk to Glenferrie Lodge. Simply walk up the street and turn left.
