Only superlatives to describe our stay! The hotel is located in the center of the city, which allowed us access to various points we had to attend to. The rooms are spacious and quiet, very elegant and extremely comfortable. The staff speak several foreign languages perfectly, are very friendly and always ready to really pamper their guests. We received an answer to every question or request, and a helping hand when needed. The information displayed on the internet is very accurate, though the feeling you get when staying there cannot be included among the “technical” infos, you just have to experience it. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely return to this hotel whenever we are in Subotica!

It was very easy to find the hotel, because 10 km before the hotel-signs started and were continued up to the hotel. The parking was very safe due to a guard for 24 hours. The hotel was in a very good condition and the breakfast was perfect.
