It wasn't really a great stay. Even though it says on the website that the hotel is only 1 train stop from the main station, you have to know that this is 3 miles away by S-BAHN. If your looking for a central location it's not the right hotel or you don't mind paying a taxi to get back or take a train at 1:30 in the morning (or so). Also, I was a bit dissapointed with the room, they had a small kitchen that you don't need and the carpet was worn out and looked over due for replacement. The bathroom -don't expect too much, at least current water and very bright neon light. The only good things are a big safe where you can put your laptop and the bed was confortable with nice blankets. There's a shopping and a Fitness Center across the streets. However, I won't go back.

By train
From Stuttgart main train station: take the S-Bahn suburban train line 1, 2 or 3 from platform 102. Get off at Bad Cannstatt stop and leave the station by taking the Stadtmitte exit. Then turn right into Bahnhofstraße, left into Daimlerstraße and right into Wildungerstraße. The distance between Bad Cannstatt station and the hotel is approx. 250 metres/0.16 miles.
By airplane
From Stuttgart airport, please take the S-Bahn suburban train line 2 or 3 to Bad Cannstatt. Then follow the indications above.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 6.30 a.m. until 11 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communcated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per day.
Dogs are admitted at an extra charge of €5,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of
arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80
percent of the first night will be charged.
