If this is family owned, they are not very friendly and welcoming to their guests...but the location of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are clean!!

Il personale dell'hotel è veramente gentile e disponibile, sa consigliare e supportare attivamente gli ospiti. Per contro, le stanze non sono proprio bellissime... quelle che hanno la vista sul lago saranno pure fantastiche, ma a noi sfortunatamente ne è toccata una piccola e bruttina, con vista.. frontale su un'altra camera!!!!!! Colazione abbondante anche se biscotti e croissants sono confezionati.. ;-( Nel complesso positivo.
