Hotel Le Kléber - Strasbourg

We have booked end of July 2 twin rooms for the 30.10. arrived at the hotel they gave us 2 rooms with grandlit. the lady at the reception desk was really unfriendly. The hotel was fully booked and it was no change to get wat we booked for. The rooms are really tiny but nice and propper. You get better service in other hotels in Strassbourg. Fazit: never again!

This small hotel in the center of Strasbourg is an excellent choice. The rooms are clean and cosy and the location (5 mins walk from the cathedral) is very convenient. The breakfast room is a little too small but the breakfast itself is very good. If you want to discover Strasbourg on foot this is a very good place to stay.

I was alone so I took a single room which was comfortable but small. The hotel is located in the very heart of old city of Strasbourg, so people who want quietness should go elsewhere. However, Strasbourg is a city that sleeps early and, even in summer, the last people walking aroud Kleber square go away around 11:30 pm. In the end, the little problems about the hotel are meaningless, people are friendly, the relation price to quality is excellent and the room is perfectly clean. WiFi internet works well and you can see the astonishing cathedral of Strasbourg from your window. In my opinion the hotel is very good and I would stay there again.

Location good. Room small. The bathroom was so small that when we used the toilet, we looked like that we were tucked in a hole between the basin and the wall. Otherwise the price/quality was quite good.

Hotel was decent enough, although our room (Vanille) was kind of tight, even for just 2 people. Staff was not very helpful afterward when we tried to get an item we had left (they would not even look for it). If you leave your window open at night, be prepared to hear the tram bell quite frequently, too.

This is a clean and well-appointed travelers hotel in a central and NOISY location. The hotel is on place Kleber, itself a busy square all day and well into the evening, but also at a corner of the square where a tram station is located. This makes for noise ALL night long. Even with the windows closed (which made the room hot even in late May) you can hear everything. They are NOT soundproof. The hotel pictures made it look quaint. It is not a quaint little hotel. It is more of a businessman's hotel or a young adult place. If you are planning to stay out all night and crash, it's fine. If you have kids who go to be before midnight--forget it.

Maintenance issue: wall shower hook broken. Breakfast area very small for the number of guests

The hotel was right in the middle of town and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was tight for four of us but no uncommon for european quad rooms. Great value. Very clean and cute. We wanted to stay a second night but there was no room available. Would definitely stay again. We loved Strasbourg and will be back

I can't complain much for the excellent location the hotel provided except the noise from the street that went on all night.I stayed at Room Fraise, a triple room with a window looking down the tram station-Homme de Fer.

It was a really pleasent stay, the place is small but very cosy... I will be back
