No es que sea un hotel precioso, pero si lo que quieres es disfrutar del centro de Strasbourg la situación es inmejorable.

We had a room facing to the street which was rather noisy due to traffic and people out in the streets late at night. I would assume that rooms facing to the back would be quieter

Convenient location between the central station and the old town. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The location of this hotel was excellent, and the services provided corresponded with the price. Strasbourg's bars are open until the wee hours, and we were awakened around that time as young people came home from partying. The shower left a bit to be desired. You had to turn it on to a very low trickle in order to not flood the bathroom. My other complaint was we asked for a wakeup call, and it came about 1/2 hour late. Fortunately we didn't miss our trian! There are tons of excellent resturants around town. You won't have a bad meal. We also took the city tram tour and the water boat tour, and both were great. I'd return to this hotel again.

Seems to be proper and well maintained. The room is small, the bed comfortable. No unnecessary gadgets in room, spartanic. The elevator is an adventure :-) Persons very friendly and competent.

Nice location in the historical city center. Welcoming staff, room a bit small but everything was OK. Electrical heating may prove unsufficient if it is really cold. Practical Internet café at the same location. A handy, not very charming but reasonable place to stay, for instance on a business trip (which was my case).

Perfect location. WI-FI internet connection or free. Personell has problems with english language. Recomended for business trip with low budget.

More accurate information as to ease of getting to hotel from Gare Central would be good. It is only 2 stops on the tram to L'Homme de Fer and then only 2 minutes walk to the hotel. We were told it is a 5 minute walk and so paid for a taxi which was unnecessary. Overall it met our needs which were for simple accomodation for 2 nights in a good location for getting around Strasbourg. Regards.

Excellent location to visit Strasbourg Town Center, very convenient if you arrive by train. The bedroom is quite confortable except noise from the neighbour, small and very basic bathroom. Ok to spent a single night but not more.

Location right in the center, easily reached by car, car park opposite (EUR 20,--/day), employees quite friendly, beds comfortable, cover warmer than in many French hotels ... but: very small room, minuscule bathroom, normal showering floods its entire floor.

This hotel worked great for us - good location, clean, basic room, and convenient for everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to the train station, and easy walking distance to all sights.

This was a really good hotel to stay at. It is close to a good shopping street and a couple minutes walk to Petite France and the other tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend not buying their breakfast (it's 5euros). It's cheaper to go somewhere else.

The Receptionist is a bit strange. If you dont speak french then you will be a bit ignored. There is no Parking of the Hotel just a parkhaus what is quite expensive.

Great location, especially for the annual Christmas Market activities. Economical and clean. On-site breakfast available for nominal extra fee.

This was my first time in Strasbourg, and I have to say that this hotel was in a great location, very close to all of the major sights. Rooms a bit small, but this is expected in Europe.

Hotel en plein centre de Strasbourg avec un personnel très agréable et accueillant. Seul petit bémol : une très forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, les canalisations devaient être un peu séches. J'y reviendrai !

The hotel was fine and the rooms nice with a couple of caveats. It can be hard to get the attention of the hotel staff because they work an integrated internet cafe/restaurant next door. Also the windows are not nearly insulated enough for how busy the street is below. Loud traffic can keep you up until 1 or 2 in the morning.

The room was small and basic, but very clean and the hardware in the bathroom appeared to be brand new. The hotel is about 5 minutes on foot from Petite France--very nice location.

Location and the essential facilities were what I wanted, and what I paid for. If you're out & about during the day (like I was), this is fine. There was a public internet cafe/bar at ground-floor level. If you're looking for plush curtains and lounging on a chaise longe, this wouldn't be it; but it doesn't claim to be. Glad I made the choice? Yes,I would happily return.

Hotel is really small, as are the rooms, but in terms of a place to sleep, wash, and change, it is just fine. I also stayed at the Regent Petite Paris, for €238 / night, and that's not worth it. Breakfast extra €5,50 in the bar, along with other regulars at that time. Very French. I'd go back. I advise a room to the rear of the building.

The hotel provides an excellent value for the price. The staff is friendly and competent. The room as well as all of the hotel is clean. The bed is okay. The room had a balcony. You can park your car in the parking lot across the street. The hotel is located in the dead centre of Strasbourg. The main attractions are within walking distance. What more would you want for a four day weekend.

Very noisy even during the night because on a buzy street. No air con included in the price. You may order a small mobile ari con but you ll have to pay additionnaly for it. No place to store your luggages for a while.

The hotel is good and there are no surprises as far as information on the website and reality are concerned. The only thing which should be IMMEDIATELY improved is the reception service: is's absolutely impossible to communicate in any other language than French!!!

Good 2 star hotel. Internet cafe downstairs. Central location, just on a side street off Kléber Place, so plenty of things to do around the hotel. Was quite noisy in the morning, was building work going on outside when we stayed. Would recommend. About 15/20 min work from train station.

In close walking distance to Place Kleber. Parking garages across the street and down the street. 12 to 15 Euros per day, but the hotel will validate to lower the cost. I used the parking garage beneath the Modern Art Museum, which is much cheaper...10.61 Euros for 48 hours. Room met my needs, clean and friendly staff. I didn't use the restuarant/bar, but it looked very nice. Breakfast is not part of the room cost. I'd use the place again.

friendly staff, clean rooms, internet connection available, good overall stay. I would definately reccomend it, and stay here again. Good central location. Being a single female, I definately felt safe in this area, and the surroundings while walking alone at night.

Of the seven accommodations we booked through the internet, two through Venere, Le21 was the least satisfactory. The "Amadeus" in Salzburg was the best.

The overall impression is excellent. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and reasonable prices. The photos on the internet look worse than the real rooms, which are quite small but nice...and you can't really expect a large suite at the heart of Strasbourg for 60 Euros.

Great hotel for a brief stay, right in the heart of the City. Air conditioning would have been an added bonus considering it was 38'c plus during the visit. Overall good value for money.

I had a pleasant overnight stay at the 21eme except for the fact that it was approx 35 degrees in the daytime in Strasbourg at that time and the room had no air conditioning. This would be something to bear in mind for a stay during the summer months.

The "Hotel Le21" is indeed conveniently situated very close to the tram stop (crossing of main tram routes), that makes all of Strasbourg easily accessible, and yet faces a quite street with very few traffic. The whole of downtoown area is easily accessible on foot. A probably important advantage: PC and internet connection in the room (which I did not make use of, however). A disadvantage: no air conditioning, probably a handicap for summer stay in Strasbourg (nor was it promised, however). A quite small room, without table nor other surface suitable for work, but otherwise with all facilities, in good condition, cable TV. Taken overall Strasbourg situation, a good value for price. The team friendly and competent.

though no one can speak english at the hotel, this hotel is very useful and good. Nothing was broken or dirty, and the shower always provided hot water rapidly. The location is also excellent. It's true that the hotel is located in the center of Strasbourg. And the price is EXCELLENT! Besides, towels were changed everyday. I don't recommend to have a breakfast at the hotel. But there is Paul very near from the Hotel. There is no room service, but you can bring beverages with sauser from the cafe-bar of the Hotel.

Despite the information on the web-site that breakfast was included in the price, it was not. According to the there supposed to be internet in the room, however the computer was not working and it was not fixed during my stay, despite my request.
