Lovely hotel and very well placed for the city. Just back from a trip to several european cities and this was the nicest hotel we stayed at.

My daughter and I just got back from a motorcycle trip to Strasbourg for a three day weekend. We stayed 2 nights and this hotel was great. They gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival, and even offered for me to park my motorcycle inside the hotel courtyard to keep it secure and off the street. I can't wait to go back again and show the hotel to my wife! Great location too! There is a Marche U supermarket right across the street that has great croissants, even better than ones we bought at a bakery in town for 1/3 the price.

We stayed one night at room 315. Nice view from our room, well located in a centric square, parking available at back of the hotel (extra payment). Breakfast (buffet) at 13 euros.

A very nice hotel - friendly & professional welcome & service at all times, cosy atmosphere, nice room and bathroom, good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent but too much for early in the morning, especially at 13 euros for an American. We found out that you can just get coffee, as much as you want for 1.85 euros. This was perfect for us to wake up and read the Herald Tribune, provided in the lobby.

A nice hotel, perfectly placed next to the Old Town part of Strasbourg. Many nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Christmas market stalls all opened in the last week of November when I was there, so there was a lovely, lively atmosphere in the streets. Our room was rather on the small side, but had a nice bathroom. I booked months ahead, and it was the only room available.

We loved this conveniently located hotel, with its very attractive entrance filled with flowers. Staff was helpful with luggage and parking. The hotel is located just a block from the River Ill, an easy walk to the main attractions in the city: the Cathedral, the Musee Rohan, and a bit further to La Petite France, a lovely area of old buildings and canals.

I love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious for European hotels. I will stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. It must be a popular place because it seems to be booked all the time.

Beautiful hotel - floral decorations outside were lovely. Close to the tourist boat trip which is a good way to get an overview of Strasbourg in an hour. Would have liked there to have been a bar in the hotel for a meeting point/drink before going out for dinner and a nightcap! Would definately recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel , particularly the pleasantness of the staff and the spaciousness of the room ( a double , adapted to take three). Breakfast was also very good. Not quite sure about the parrot.

I've been before in this hotel and I was disappointed as the room was much less charming that the one I had during my previous trip. On my comments during the booking I asked for a charming room and this one was not so charming. Also the room had 2 small beds instead of one big bed.

This hotel really deserves the title "romantic hotel". It's been a one night stay as a suprise to my girl and my first visit in france. We had a very nice room in the attic with a really nice view to the cathedral. The hotel is situated in the city center but without any disturbing traffic noise. Any sights are in walkable distance, the car is safe in the Austerlitz parking lot behind the hotel's rear entrance. Its a warm and welcoming place, would come anytime again. Highly recommended.

Very cute room in a great location! Very close walk to the cathedral! The room was spacious, nice deocration, and was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be careful of the parking garage across the street - someone attempted to break into our car, but fortunately was not successful! The parking structure is not part of the hotel, but the hotel staff helped us anyway. We did not have to pay for any of our parking.

Very good hotel in a grat position: easy to reach from the highway by car and the historical center is just on the other side of the bridge (200 m.). A big public parking (7 euro per day) is on the back of hotel. Its name is "Austerliz".

This is a wonderful hotel just over the bridge from the old quarter of Strasbourg. We had a mansard suite which was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.
