Art & Hotel - Stezzano

Quite good hotel. Stayed only one night so we didn't use all facilities. Clean room but as always, the bedsofa was poor and half dirty.

Very nice hotel, very modern. We liked it right away.

Nice hotel near Bergamo and its industrial surroundings.

We had a really nice one night stay at this hotel -- quiet, close to the airport, clean. The hotel and the room are decorated with taste, making very good use of the space available. A nice surprise was the parking place in front of the hotel: Albeit a bit small, it sufficed for parking the car overnight. Otherwise we would have had to pay for the pretty expensive garrage parking. Nice breakfast, with lots of choice (italian / continental / english breakfast alternatives), very attentive service, clean and quiet. Overall, a very nice hotel to overnight before / after the flight. Maybe not the best location for exploring the surroundings by foot but excelent value for money if you arrive by car.

Multi lingual staff made this a very easy place to stay. Rooms generously sized. A little out of the way.

We (4 persons) stays one night and the hotel was OK (good services and breakfast etc), Good value for the money.

Too far from Bergamo and not good enough for transit / airport hotel. Restaurant was bad as well as service; food at dinner was definitely cooked before and put in microwave before serving. There was only one person in restaurant who worked as waiter, bartender and as we guessed as a cook coz he was spending 90% of time at kitchen making lots of strange noise. We didn’t finish our meal and left coz we spent 50 minutes just waiting for pizza. And there were many others with the same problem. Also clerks at the reception desk looked tired and with poor English. When I tried to explain the problem at restaurant for them they didn't even care to listen and said that I can talk with manager in the morning (my flight was 6 am so I didn't have a chance) So basically hotel is in the mid of nowhere and has a bad restaurant and bar, and really suffering from the lack of service. Would never stay there again - waste of time and money.

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Albergo dall'aspetto moderno ricercato e accogliente. Una cosa la mancanza di un piccolo frigobar. In compenso erano presenti un piccolo pacchetto di arachidi e una barretta dolce (troppo poco per definirli mini-bar). Voto generale 8 1/2. Tornero' sicuramente in questa struttura se ce ne sara' occasione.

Great location if you have a car. I've stayed in this property a dozen times. Handy for shopping and the airport. Lots of roadworks in the vicinity with road closures over the years have made finding the hotel difficult. The easiest way is to follow the blue signs for Treviglio (not Treviolo) and then turn right when you see the caravan lot (Europe caravans or something) at that roundabout. You go 500 yards along a windy road and the hotel is on the left. You can also follow signs to the Santuario but again due to the roadworks, this may or may not get you there. The hotel is brilliant. I seem to have written the most about directions there as this is the most tricky bit. You definitely need a car to get to this hotel.

Shuttle between airport and the hotel not well organized, we took a taxi because no shuttle at 7H AM. The air conditionning doesn't work in our room, it was 25 deg ... quite hot to sleep (air cond set up on 16, fans at max power), as we were in March, I open the windows, quite efficient but noisy too (the airport is next to the hotel). The snack at the hotel is OK (for a snack), but no real restaurant within it. Wou have to walk 10 minutes. We have not tested the breakfast, as we left a 7H Am to catch our plane ...the same hour of the openning of the breakfast buffet. Except this the hotel is fine if you have to take the plane at Milan bergamo, only 10 min but 25 euros to be at the airport.

Excellent room and hotel (including dinner&breakfast). a bit of ttroubles to start the wifi system then it worked perfectly. good location for business, hope roadwork will finish soon and access can be easier.

Great for someone staying a short distance outside Milano, very convenient location- 5 mins from the airport (bergamo) by car.

This hotel is in a good location for those who need to catch an early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. It's a shame that breakfast is not served before 7.00 am.

It was second time of stay in Art & Hotel Stezzano is a pleasent place to visit. Nice restaurant da Michael, it is near to the airport.

A modern hotel, only a short taxi ride away from the Orio al Serio airport at Bergamo (25 euros each way). We stayed one night and found it clean, comfortable and attractive (each bedroom door has a different 'art work' on it - it takes its art/hotel theme quite seriously!). Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly, breakfast was varied and plentiful - a buffet comprising both hot and cold food. It had that slightly charmless, anodine feel of an upmarket commercial traveller's hotel, rather than a family hotel or a place with character where you might stay for a fortnight, and its location was very suburban, as opposed to being in the city centre, however it was a comfortable stopover, reasonably priced, for our one night stay en route elsewhere.

Excellent meal and service in nearby town, suggested by hotel.

It was a big surprise as I feel generally the Italians are not very welcomers to others, but the hotel was simply excelent!I recomend to whom wants to visit Milan to stay there!

Excellent overnight stay, great value for money,would stay again

We reserved a 3 persons room and had a room for disabled people with no comfort at all, made for a wheelchair and very small for 3. The comfort doesn't correspond to the stars. The breakfast room is without windows, it is a pity, they have much spare space. The "design" is very cheap... We were disappointed. The welcome was not really warm ! It seemed like we were disturbing.

-Hotel was difficult to find because of long term road works: no indication of this on web- site or email room confirmation. -Non-smoking room really stank of cigarettes. -The chef of the closing kitchen (I believe 10.00 PM) was to lame to even give me a piece of bread: No, kitchen is closed. -Breakfast starts at 7.00 AM: For an "airport" Hotel this is too late : so I had no breakfast either.

Just great. very close to bergamo's airport, quite suburbs, you can rent a bike at the hotel and have a trip at the "santuario" and the wonderful restaurant just besides it! all is at a low price and great quality!

Excellent hotel. The room was too hot on our arrival and as the hotel was fully booked we couldn't change rooms. Furthermore, there was no way to turn the heat down! We were told to instead open the window to allow cool air into the room. Then, we were woken by loud noises early in the morning. Not a pleasant welcome, but the rest of the stay was fine. Immediate surroundings include a grocery store right at the back of the hotel which is convenient, but no easy way to and from the motorway.

The location is ideal if you are flying in or out of Bergamo airport. First class accommodation at a reasonable price.

It would be nice to have Internet accesse included into price.

Bonjour, Suite à mon séjour à Stezzano à l'hôtel ART & HOTEL, ce mail pour exprimer mon insatisfaction par rapport aux prestation d'un 4 étoiles: Accueil laissant à désirer, pas de possibilité de régler la température de la chambre, manque de savon/gel douche, mini bar avec seulement 1 bouteille par genre, pas de possibilité de payer la veille du départ etc... C'est dommage et je suis très déçue. Salutations les meilleures. Liliane Mathieu

+ Architecture and deco, very nice place to be - Room too cold (winter time) and bathroom not heated at all and heater locked !!! Bathroom equipment could be better Bathroom air extractor too noisy Air conditionning too noisy

How can you have a 4 star hotel that dosn't have a restaurant? or do any breakfast before 07.00? i.e. before we had to leave

Bel posto, originale e ad un passo dalla città di Bergamo. Decisamente consigliabile. Unico difetto: le sedie nelle camere sono belle ma tanto scomode!!! Buona anche la colazione

Had a good stay the first time i was there, great service great hotel, I decided to go back for two more nights. I would recommend to all my friends.

Bowled over by the cleanliness and the art work. The building itself is a work of art, along with all the contents. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into or out of Milan Bergamo Airport or as a stopover from the A4 Milan Venezia Autostrada

Hard to find the hotel if you follow the route as indicated. Needs to be improved. Further excellent stay, perfect rooms and bathrooms. Recommended for a very short stay.

This is an outstanding hotel, with a location that is a bit difficult to find, in a neighborhood that seems a bit dicey - that aside, it was as advertised - oustanding quality and price!
