This was the best place we stayed at in Italy. The rooms were clean and new, [or very well kept] The service they gave us was over and above what is usually give. The food in the restaurant was great. We would recommend this hotel as well as your site

Take the exit Klausen/Gröden of the Brenner highway A22. A panoramic street will take you to St. Ulrich, where you can follow the signs to Gardena-Grödnerhof.

Parking in the garage is included in the price.
The shuttle service to and from the ski slopes is included in the price.
Rollaway beds are subject to an extra charge.
During the winter season (5.12.08-14.04.09) children enjoy the following discounts per person per day:
up to 2 years of age pay €25,00 per day;
between 2 and 6 years of age a discount of 50%;
between 6 and 12 years of age a discount of30%;
older than 12 years of age a discount of 20%.
During the summer season (22.05-11.10.09) children enjoy the following discounts per person per day:
up to 2 years of age pay €25,00 per day;
between 2 and 15 years of age a discount of 50%;
older than 15 years of age a discount of 20%.

Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To guarentee the booking we require a deposit of 30%. In case of cancellation after the given date we will not refund the deposit. Cancellation fee 30 days prior to arrival = 30%, 15 days = 50%, 7 days = 80%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
