From Innsbruck, take the Brenner highway A22, and take the exit Chiusa/Val Gardena. Drive towards Ortisei, and then follow the signs for the hotel.
From Milano/Verona, take the Brenner highway A22, and exit at Bolzano Nord. Drive towards Ortisei, and then follow the signs for the hotel.

By train
Trains stop in Brixen, and some also stop in Bolzano or Chiusa. From all three train stations you can reach Ortisei by bus.
