We stayed 2 wonderful days, and wish it could have been a week. The location is spectacular, staff was amazing, and room was very comfortable. As others have noted, it is a steep hill down into town - but we traded that for the views from the hotel.

This was a delightful hotel. The owners and their staff were unfailingly helpful. We booked B&B only and were offered an evening meal for 11E which was amazing value for money. The only drawback is the location - it is up a very steep hill from Ortisei centre.

How to reach Alpenhotel Rainell

By car
From the motorway A22 Brennero exit at Chiusa/Klausen. It takes 20 minutes to reach the hotel.

By train
IC and EC trains stop in Bolzano/Bozen (36 km) and Bressanone/Brixen (25 km). Some also stop at Chiusa/Klausen (14 km). Take a bus to St. Ulrich/Ortisei.

By airplane
The nearest airport is located in Bozen (about 40 km from St. Ulrich).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Internet access is subject to charges. Prices are available on request.
Wi-Fi Internet access is free of charge for own PC holders, subject to charges for the others and costs €3,00/30 minutes.
Use of the whirlpool is not included in the price and costs €6,00 per hour.
Use of the solarium is not included and costs €8,00/25 minutes.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 20 days prior to arrival we will charge the client for 50% of the total amount. To fix the reservation we charge 200 Euro us deposit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
