This hotel is located on a hill a few kilometres from the centre of st. tropez. We stayed in a twin room. It was tiny - had to jump over the bags to get to bathroom, furniture dated, airconditioning doesn't work so not a good option in the summer. Has off street parking.

We stayed at Les Capucines for 3 nights. It is more like a resort, the hotel has beautiful gardens, pool, spa etc. The staff are very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast. When we arrived we noticed our bed cover was stained. We called reception and they changed the covers straight away, apologized and compensated us with a free bottle of Champagne. Les Capucines is a little to far out of St Tropez for us, we prefer to easily walk to centre ville and restaurants. Great car parking at the hotel, they even have a night watchman.

Absolutely beautiful location! as other people have commented already, this is outside of St. Tropez, and you will need a car (or some sort of transportation) to get there, but it is up on the hill, and you have a great view of the city and the whole bay. the garden and pool area are just wonderful. very relaxing. away from all the buzz in the city, but still close enough. we (unfortunately) had to take one of their cheapest category rooms (because there weren't any other ones left) and were unfortunately a bit disappointed by the interior and size. other rooms might be better (at least from judging the pictures on the website). it was clean though and only for 2 nights, so it was ok. (plus, the price was very reasonable, at least for St. Tropez...) everything else was just great! loved it! would definitely come back!

Amazing staff. Very helpful!! Hotel operator, I believe his name was Jacque was extremely helpful. Arranged a rental car for us during our stay, recommended some of the best eateries and where we could find our own private beach. Hotel is about 2 km from centre of St. Tropez, nice walk on a good day. Would highly recommend Hotel Les Capucine. Will definately stay here again when visiting St. Tropez. Photos on website don't do Hotel justice.

We stayed at Hotel Les Capucines for our Honeymoon! The place was great! The room was a little small but very pretty and clean. The rooms do not have internet connection - only by the pool. It would have been more convenient if we had access from our room. Guest should be encouraged to rent a car to get to town and the beaches. The pool, hot tub were great!

The small double was a small double but it was actually 2 twin beds pushed together wth double sheets, which was a bit annoying for 150 euros a night when I requested a double room. The breakfast was expensive and quite a drive from Saint Tropez, the pool area was amazing, def go back and get a bigger /deluxe room

My first impression was 'WOW!'. This is truly a hidden gem. An absolutely suberp hotel in a fantastic location. Situated about 2km from the centre of St Tropez, perched high on a hilltop overlooking the Yachts sparkling in the bay. This was truly idyllic. Ideal for families. We had our 4 year old son with us, and all of the rooms have their own outside space with table and chairs, so we could put our son to bed at 7pm and sit directly outside our room with local wine, bread and cheese - what more can you ask. If you want to venture into St Tropez at night it's very close by ... a short taxi ride away. Very peaceful, beautiful setting in landscaped gardens with a pool, jacuzzi and luxurious sun beds. Breakfast around the pool is fabulous, with views over the bay. I cannot recomment this hotel enough ... I'm a well travelled person and I know I will return here time and time again over the coming years. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.

No se pueden cobrar esos precios por una habitación tan impresentable. En comparación, es más caro que el Negresco de Niza. No volveremos a ese hotel, por denominarlo de alguna manera.

The check in is 4PM and the check out is 11AM - this is really bad. Be careful with the cheapests rooms: no privacy, you could not leave the window open. Others problems: termites in bed, odd place/angle for tv.

All facilities, in particular the swimming pool, are excellent and well maintained, and the stuffs are very agreeable. It is very nice that such a hotel situated in the wonderful location is available with only 150 euros. I would like to stay again with pleasure at this hotel, and I don't hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very quite with great views of St.Tropez. The room was clean although as with most French hotels very basic. Staff very helpful. The only objection was the price of breakfast at 15 euros per person was over priced. All in all a nice comfortable hotel.

The breakfast was really good for french hotel. We stayed there in low season so the prize was fine but in high season it is 200€ which is not a good value for given quality.

Great property minutes from St Tropez but away from the bustle. Villa resort-like setup. Our room was older but very clean. Spacious bathroom. Great continental breakfast on the deck near the pool and cabana. What a super way to start the day. Food offering was above average as well.

The pictures on the web site do not reflect at all the hotel, there are much better pictures that could of been taken. The staff was great (except the man at the check in desk (whom I assume is the owner)was a little cold)Great restaurant by the pool, try the steak tartar!

This place was above all expectations. Great accomodations and view at a very reasonable price. I really liked the teak deck work around the pool. The only thing that needed to be changed was the shower curtain, it would blow against you when you shower. Maybe a glass door would be better.

This hotel was really easy to find and very well sign posted. It was set in lovely grounds surrounded by lots of greenary. The pool area was lovely and we spent an afternoon chilling out there. Prices at the hotel bar are very expensive though so be warned! The rooms were clean and quite spacious although a little tired. The bathrooms were more up to date though. I would definately say you needed a car to stay at this hotel to get to the beaches and into the centre of St Tropez. A nice hotel for a reasonable price. Would definately go back there.

Good parking, great pool, nice views of the ocean, with AC. St. Tropez in July is very hot, very crowded and busy. We still had fun and liked the hotel and its location. We would go back in September next time.

Very good hotel, specially if you have a car. Nice breakfeast, bathroom, quiet place, very clean and the price is more than fare for what a european hotel offers. But as most of frenchs, english spoken is not welcome. Even though i'm Italian citzen seems like they just don't care for other language.

I loved this hotel. It is situated a little way out of the centre of St Tropez, but is a very short drive in. It is in a beautiful location, and the rooms and the pool area are both beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The pool area has stunning views over the bay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again, as soon as possible!

Great Staff (Mark). Nice pool and spa. Prices at pool bar outrageous and breakfast was high, like most of France, but you don't have to buy anything. Overall, simple but clean AND A/C worked. Great St. Tropez location if you have a car. Everything was great and we would return. Mark, the reserv clerk made our stay enjoyable and was very helpful.
