From Paris, Nice (A8 highway): take exit no. 36 Le Muy/St-Tropez. Take D25 road until Sainte-Maxime. Then take N98 state road for 7 km until La Foux, and from there D98 road in direction of Saint-Tropez (do not follow signs to Gassin/Ramatuelle).
