Hotel Palazzo Leti Residenza d'Epoca - Spoleto

Palazzo Leti is in an enviable position in beautiful Spoleto, only minutes from anywhere in Spoleto with its charming medieval streets, duomo, Rocca and wonderful Roman aqueduct. We stayed in a deluxe room that was commodious and well-appointed with views of the hills opposite. The owners are gracious hosts who, importantly, take active control of all guests parking needs in the space outside the Palazzo's walled garden. They gave us good recoommendations for dining in the town and especially recommended Ristorante Apollinare which we dined at for four nights - it has very welcoming staff and an excellent menu/wine list. We would stay at Palazzo Leti and dine at Apollinare every time we visited this most wonderful of towns.

We booked this hotel on the basis that it was central and also had car parking. We were absolutely stunned by everything. The beauty of the Hotel garden, entrance foyer, room, breakfast room and the owners were just lovely people. We were sorry we were only there for 1 night. We would recommend it if you like the grace and formality of a time almost gone by. Just delightful. Thank you.

A lovely place, rather like a Portguese pousada, with a sophisticated management. For those without a car, the location was awkward, involving a rather pricey ride from the station, and a walk down to the nearest restaurants that is difficult for anyone with mobility problems. On the other hand, the views are superb, and the peace and quiet a welcome break from the bustle of Florence and other much-visited cities.

Wonderful place

Our entire stay at Hotel Palazzo d'Epoca was wonderful - we want to return to Spoleto someday and to this Hotel - it was a lovely experience - rooms, service and a sweet breakfast...the Hotel is in a beautiful setting on a hill overlooking Umbria.

Besonders persönlich (von den inhabern) geführtes haus; sehr freundlicher und kompetenter service. mit großem wagen wegen sehr enger straße etwas schwierig zu erreichen (aber nicht unmöglich). insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

First stay at the Hotel, very nice, clean and the owner is very kind. Maybe price a little bit too high for a Hotel in Spoleto (it's not Rome nor Milan).

IT WAS A GREAT HOTEL, PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE VIEW FROM THE OUTSIDE TERRACE IS QUITE LOVELY.

The Palazzo di Letti was extraordinary with careful attention devoted to each interior design detail and all the selections were so beautiful, a visual delight! The elegant outdoor garden created an oasis for viewing the valley below, breathtaking! Our room was a double superior with beauiful furnishings, embroidered bed linens, fine accessories and every comfort you could wish for including some lovely chocolate covered espresso candies and Anick Goutal toiletries. The staff was welcoming, gracious and kind! In all seven cities visited in Italy, our stay in Spoleto at Palazzo Leti gave us the most enjoyable accomodations, absolutely a delight!
