La Fattoria's location is uninspiring which is probably why their main attraction is the pool. We were more or less the only guests when we were there, but we were allowed in for a swim and it was great to cool down after a very hot drive. Our stay was disappointing because La Fattoria promotes its restaurant facilities but as we were the only customers in a large dining area our choice was very limited and our young waitress looked quite unhappy to be there.

How to reach Hotel La Fattoria

By car
Once in Spoleto go along Via Pietro Conti road and at the roundabout take Via Flaminia. After about 700 metres/770 yards turn slightly right in Piazza della Vittoria, continue along Via dei Filosofi and turn left into SS418 road. Turn left into Via Karl Marx road, then left again into Via Lenin road and finally turn right into Via della Cava road.
