Very nice hotel and good location

A modern, quiet and clean hotel ideally placed just at the entrance to the historic old town. Charming and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great views out to the hills from pleasant and comfortable lounge and dining room. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

It was one of the most comfortable stayings we have had in Italy.

Very good position for visiting Spoleto and possibility to park the car.

This hotel is in the middle of the high town of Spoleto in a very central position with a very easy way to sneak out to the main town square from a gate in the rear of the garden. The facilities are great and the restaurant quite good. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We just returned from our third stay at the Hotel Dei Duchi and, once again, we were not disappointed in the least. Spoleto is not only a lovely town, but it is also a great place to stay for exploring the beautiful region of Umbria. This hotel is conveniently located in the Centro and it is well positioned for driving in and out of the city. Rooms are spacious and immaculate, and the staff is courteous and very helpful. There are several wonderful restuarants near the hotel, especially Del Festival which is only a two minute walk. Would highly recommend!

Newer building, but some rooms with balconies and great views.

The quiet Dei Duchi is an oasis during the Spoleto Festival - tree-shaded gardens for resting, and a convenient 'back gate' which leads one quickly to festival music and restaurants, the top-notch tourist information bureau, and the Festival ticket office. All the rooms have interesting views. Ours was particularly lovely, with a balcony overlooking the valley and olive groves beyond. Breakfasts, free with the room, are very nice, and the dining room is airy and efficient. We would love to return to Spoleto one day, as it's winding streets and colorful piazzas have enchanted us. We will always remember the dining, the smiling faces, and the unique shopping. We would doubtless return to the Dei Duchi as well.

Spoleto was a one night stay instead of two nights. The reception manager was very rude to us at check in. Hotel was booked with groups ie football/bicycles. Not to be recommended for our agenda

Well located city centre hotel within a few minutes walk of the main monuments,easy to find,has limited parking,so arrive early.Restaurant menu interesting and good value,but deserted on first night so not used. Porter helpful in providing Italian power adapter for laptop quickly.

Fantastic position for the car driver. On the edge of the old town with easy access from the main road and walking distance from all Spoleto's best sights. The Rooms are spacious and uncluttered with great views over the valley and gardens. Great Stuff!

Nice, clean centrally located hotel that I would definately stay at again if in Spoleto.

Bad airco. After making mention of this, impertinently used: "It is impossible, you are the first". Hotel is striked off my addressbook.
